“I would give Szwarc Construction my highest recommendation to anyone who has need of any of their services. We used them to redo our roof — totally stripped off old shingles and laid a whole new roof — fix some gutters and put gutter covers on. They offered a good price, did the job in a timely fashion, excellent workmanship and were professional throughout the process. Peter was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them most highly!”

“Replaced my roof in 2 days, clear communication, good execution, and a very reasonable price. They also facilitated my gutter replacement so I only had to deal with a single contractor!”

“I have owned homes since 1997, hence I have had many contacts with contractors. I can write, without reservation, that Szwarc is one of the best. I sustained damages from Tropical Storm Fay, but Szwarc rectified my roof situation. They are professional, honest and very accommodating.”

“We recently had our entire roof replaced by Szwarc Construction. We were very happy with the results. Peter the owner was easy to communicate with. The roof replacement was done in a timely manner. The work crew was courteous and professional. My overall experience was very good.”

“They repaired a part of the siding on my house and a few ridge caps. They were very quick to come out. Would recommend.”
